TERMS OF USE AND LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
This policy covers Axiom Wealth, its variants and legal pages. Navios Corp is the brand of the publisher identified above. We are responsible for data we process to provide support and manage our relationship with you. We have no remote access to your vault. Having no financial servers of our own does not remove applicable privacy obligations. We will publish new versions here and notify you of material changes before applying them, requesting consent where required.
The app requires no user account or bank connection. It locally processes what you enter or import: accounts, transactions, balances, debts, goals, budgets, investments, merchants, notes, statement data and contacts added for inheritance or sharing. These support recording, reconciliation, search, calculations and financial displays. Selected files are read on your device. We do not automatically receive that content; it can leave through the features and actions described below. Named plans from the Reality Lab also stay on the device: their name, their note and the snapshot of your situation they project from.
Language, currency, settings, Pro status and the accepted terms version are stored. Capture memory learns from previous entries on your device; indicators and simulations are also calculated there. We do not make automated decisions having legal effects on you or grant credit. We do not sell data, share data for cross-service behavioral advertising, or include advertisements or advertising identifiers. Android OCR technical telemetry is explained in P06.
When refreshing rates, the app requests https://open.er-api.com/v6/latest/USD over HTTPS and, if that fails, https://api.frankfurter.dev/v1/latest. It ALWAYS asks in dollars and cross-rates on the device: the request carries no base currency of yours, no balances, amounts or user identifiers. As with any connection, the destination and its infrastructure receive the IP and the technical metadata needed to serve it. Data comes from exchangerate-api.com and from the European Central Bank via Frankfurter; see https://www.exchangerate-api.com/terms and https://frankfurter.dev/. If both fail, fallback rates bundled with the app are used and flagged as approximate; working offline avoids this request.
This is off by default with no preselected provider. If you configure an HTTPS URL and enable it, that service receives requested symbols, your IP address, and any parameters or API keys you included in the URL. The app does not add quantities, position costs or account names. Symbols may reveal investment interests. The address is shown before activation; you can disable the provider. Its policy governs its processing and retention; we cannot delete its logs.
Images and text are recognized locally: Vision on iOS; Google ML Kit on Android standard/full. Android Lite does not include that engine. We do not send images or recognized text to a server for recognition. The camera, gallery or picker may create temporary files; originals and their cloud copies remain subject to those applications' conditions. We do not promise that images are never written to disk.
Google documents that ML Kit sends device/app technical data, per-installation identifiers, performance metrics, configuration and input/output sizes, events and errors over HTTPS for diagnostics and usage analytics; it may contact Google for maintenance. This is separate from receipt content and Axiom's voluntary diagnostics. Disabling those diagnostics does not disable ML Kit. See https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms and https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Depending on the platform, camera and photos allow receipt selection; the file picker allows import or saving; notifications provide local reminders without amounts. The system may reschedule them after reboot. Biometrics are verified by the operating system: we receive the result, not biometric fingerprints or face data. You may revoke permissions in system settings, losing the related function. We do not request access to your address book, GPS, microphone, SMS or email.
Persisted financial content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. .navios backups use Argon2id; web wrapping and family pairing keys use PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 according to their format. Installed platforms attempt to use the system's secure storage; if it fails, a fallback in the app's private directory provides less protection. The web version uses browser storage and a wrapped key. An unlocked device, malware or a weak passphrase can compromise data. We claim neither invulnerability nor FIPS certification.
You choose where to save encrypted backups, the synchronized folder and recipients of family packages. We provide no financial cloud of our own. Your folder or channel provider receives encrypted files and may observe sizes, dates, names and identifiers; a family invitation contains a readable vault name and identifier. Recipients with the appropriate keys can read and copy shared content. Revoking or unpairing cannot retrieve copies already delivered. Protect files, passphrases and codes separately.
CSV, PDF and shared images do not receive the vault's encryption. Check their content and destination: file, messaging, email or cloud providers you choose may access them under their policies. Manually entered contact data stays local unless included in backups or sharing. Digital inheritance does not automatically email anyone. Inform those individuals and establish the necessary lawful basis before recording or sharing their data.
The App Store or Google Play process Axiom Pro under their own terms and privacy policies. Between the app and the store sits RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.; https://api.revenuecat.com), which validates the receipt and keeps the purchase state so it can be restored on another device: it receives the store receipt, an ANONYMOUS identifier it generates — not your email or name — and technical data about the device and app. Automatic advertising-identifier collection is DISABLED. Its SDK only starts when you open the purchase screen: if you never open it, that connection never happens. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. The app stores the unlock state locally. We never receive card numbers or payment credentials. The store keeps its own records and may provide the publisher with sales or support reports under its services. Uninstalling removes neither the purchase nor the store history.
Axiom diagnostics are off by default. Enabling them keeps up to 50 technical events in memory; a manual report includes up to 10, plus version, platform, language and theme. It is not sent automatically: you review and send the email. Error messages may contain incidental information; check them before sharing. Disabling diagnostics clears this buffer. When you write to soporte@navioscorp.com, we receive your address, message and attachments through the email provider to handle your inquiry. Do not send passphrases, pairing codes or complete statements.
Where applicable, we use necessary data to provide functions or answer inquiries to perform a contract; to meet legal duties under the law; and minimally for security, abuse prevention and handling claims under legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional processing requiring consent relies on it, and consent can be withdrawn. Accepting terms does not consent to all processing. In addition to the recipients described, support providers and authorized advisers access data only where necessary; authorities only with a legal basis. We cannot supply vault content we cannot access.
Local data remains while you retain the installation or site storage. Correcting or reversing an entry can preserve accounting history: it does not physically erase it. To remove the local installation, use system controls: clear app storage on Android, delete the app and its data on iOS, delete site data on the web, or remove the local database and related files on desktop. Contact support for platform-specific instructions.
Uninstalling alone does not guarantee deletion of system keychains, device backups, temporary files, exports, synchronized folders or recipients' copies. Delete these and their trash/version history separately; stop synchronization to prevent reimporting them. We retain support emails as necessary to resolve the issue and meet applicable legal periods or handle claims, then delete or anonymize them. Third parties retain their records under their policies. There is no Axiom account or central vault copy for us to delete.
Depending on applicable law, you may request information and access, correction, deletion, a copy or portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and review or appeal of a refusal. This includes ARCO rights where applicable. You will not face discrimination for exercising them. Write to soporte@navioscorp.com with your request and jurisdiction; we will seek only proportionate verification and respond within the applicable legal period. We do not need your passphrase. We can help with local data but cannot remotely read or erase it. You may complain to the competent data protection authority. Rights against stores and providers can also be exercised directly with them.
The app is not directed at children under 13. Higher ages and parental authorizations required by local law also apply; a store age rating does not replace them. We do not knowingly solicit children's data for support. If a child sends us data without valid authorization, contact privacy support so we can take appropriate deletion or protection measures. No age verification or parental consent service is built into the app.
Exchange rate and quote services, Google, Apple, email, hosting and cloud providers may process metadata or data you send them in other countries. We do not claim all data stays in your country or all destinations you choose offer identical safeguards. Transfers for which we are responsible must use required safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or contractual clauses where applicable; ask the privacy contact for information.
These pages are published on navioscorp.com, served by Odoo (Odoo S.A.). They carry no advertising or analytics: the server logs the visitor IP for security and operation, and sets two technical cookies, one for the session and one for the chosen language. See https://www.odoo.com/privacy. Web app local storage serves the vault and preferences, not advertising tracking. Opening external links, email or store services is also subject to their policies.
